The burpees taaaanked me, and my grip was shot from climbing way harder than I should have last night so the KB swings even when scaled for using a DB burnt me out. BUT doing actual HSPU in a WOD felt AWESOME.

I climbed till I could climb no more this weekend. This irregularly large cup of apple cider is travelling a very precarious and unsteady route from the table to my mouth. Crazy pump. Definitely could tell I hadn’t climbed for almost two weeks.
